Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit ingaindi.com, why, and how you can exercise your rights. The data controller is Inga Indi, New York, NY, United States (inga.contact@gmail.com).

When you use the contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide:

• Name: to address you personally in our response
• Email address: to reply to your inquiry
• Message content: to understand and respond to your request

This data is used only to answer your request (bookings, collaborations, lessons). Legal basis: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to messages. Form submissions are transmitted by our form provider, Formspree, Inc. (United States), which forwards them to us by email. Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and improve the Website. This privacy-friendly tool:

• does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device
• does not track you across other websites
• only records aggregated, anonymous data (page visited, referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country)
• does not keep your IP address: visitors are only distinguished by a temporary hash that is discarded after 24 hours

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring the Website's audience.

The Website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). As with any website, technical data (IP address, browser, requested page, date and time) is processed by the hosting provider to deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse. These logs are kept only for a short period.

This Website does not use:

• Cookies (neither essential nor tracking)
• Advertising or remarketing pixels
• Social media tracking widgets

Fonts, images and video thumbnails are hosted on our own server: no data is sent to Google or other third parties while you browse the Website.

Videos are hosted on YouTube. The YouTube player is only loaded when you click on a video, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy. Links to Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, SoundCloud and YouTube take you to those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

• Contact form messages are retained for a maximum of 90 days after we respond, then permanently deleted
• Audience statistics are anonymous and aggregated
• We do not create user profiles or maintain long-term records

Our service providers (Vercel and Formspree) are located in the United States. If you are visiting from the European Union, your data may therefore be transferred outside the EU. These transfers rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: request that we delete your personal data
• Objection and restriction: object to or limit the processing of your data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
